Returns and Refunds

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We hope you love your new SALL Active Wear just as much as we loved creating each piece.  Ultimately the decision on size, style and to purchase is up to you as a customer but we know that sometimes even after your purchase things may not be quite to your liking. If something isn’t quite to your liking or size we have a comprehensive returns and refund policy to assist. If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want your products our policy is valid for 30 days. All goods must be received by us within 30 days of invoice date. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to us, at a cost to the customer.

 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be sent back in the same condition, unused, undamaged and with original tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we can not accept return of any product that is not in resale condition.

In order to complete your return please notify us by emailing us at sales@sallactivewear.com you must all fill out a returns form and provide proof of purchase. You can download the returns form HERE.

Please include a copy of both the returns form and proof of purchase in your return package, this is incredibly important as any returned goods that do not have these accompanying documents will be returned to the customer.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned purchase we will email you to notify you of receipt of the goods and advise on whether your refund has been approved. If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you are waiting on a refund please check your account or card first. Please be mindful that there is often some processing delays at the banks end before a refund is posted. Whilst we appreciate you are anxious about receiving your refund we are here to assist. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days email us at sales@sallactivewear.com and we can look into it for you.

Exchange

We offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged.

We go to extreme lengths to ensure quality assurance is met on our products however if you receive an item that is damaged please email us at sales@sallactivewear.com and send your item to:

Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you want to return the item you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item/s have been receipted by SALL Active Wear, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to them first, we will send a refund to the gift giver as the person who made original payment.

 

Shipping on returned items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The shipping time to receive your exchanged goods may vary depending on your location.

We strongly recommend using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance on larger returns as we don’t offer exchange or refunds on items that go missing on their way back to us.
